Rental Agreement/ Terms and Conditions
Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
Please DO NOT rearrange or pull the signs from the ground. A full payment will be enforced to any damaged or lost sign.
Keep dogs and other animals that may chew on, eat or relieve themselves on the signs, gated or indoors while the signs are being setup and on your property.
For everyone's safety, DO NOT allow children or adults to sit on, lean or play around the signs.
Please DO NOT attach balloons or any other object to the greeting sign. They will damage the sign.
The signs can be set up in moderate wind, rain or snow! But not in extreme instances of weather. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy snow or ice, tornado, heavy rain, high winds over 18 mph, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. If we are unable to reschedule, a refund will be made.
We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. Please tag us on #YardGreetings on social media.
We do not stake Political orders. Thank you for understanding!
Refund & Cancellation
If you must cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled deliver for a full refund.
If cancellation is made prior to 24-hours before set-up, you can either get a refund with 1/2 of the booking rate or reschedule for another day. Cancellation made on the day of event will not be refunded.
No Refund will be given due to wrong address, or homeowner requesting to remove the greeting.
Rush orders or same day orders are subject to $20 extra fee or more based on location and availability.
